had Tj Road run the previous sat.. started out too fast den punctured even before i run out of the school... haha.anwz. got 35th this time.. sad case.. 18:43 for 3.6km. is that fast or slow. sigh

hmm. had our usual 'favourite' pt on wed.. aching til today.. later still got to take strides on the track :X

was so tired yesterday that i slept from 6 to 8 n 10pm to 5 this morning. Woke up to prepare BS and trying to fork out some time for God..

I heard the birds this morning.. it was beautiful.. i've never hear the chirpping of the birds in the early morning before.. it was so clear and yah..natural..nth more original than that.. O Lord.. You are wonderful to create such beautiful things... sad that.. man spoiled it.

i feel Your presence whenever i read Your word.. i noe that it's You.. wouldnt doubt. but help me to comprehend your teachings correctly so that i wun hold on to the wrong promises that you never intend to give..
